These Terms govern the use of the CWDownloader online service and its digital products and services.
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern use of the CWDownloader online service (the “Service”) provided by the Administration.
1.2. By using the website, registering, paying for services, or accessing materials, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms in full.
1.3. A User who does not agree to the Terms must stop using the Service.
2. Nature of services and digital products
2.1. The Service provides intangible digital products and services, including informational materials, digital products, request processing, and related support services.
2.2. Materials and results supplied through the Service may include:
- information obtained from public sources;
- materials created by the Administration and/or third parties;
- analytical reviews, collections, recommendations, and structured data.
2.3. The User understands that the value of the services may lie in the organization, analysis, method of delivery, assistance, support, and updating of information rather than the exclusivity of individual pieces of information.
2.4. The Service does not guarantee that individual elements of the information are unique or unavailable from other sources.
3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
3.1. The Service is provided “AS IS.”
3.2. The Administration does not guarantee that the Service will meet the User’s expectations, produce financial, commercial, professional, or other results, or operate continuously and without errors.
3.3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Administration is not liable for direct or indirect loss, lost profits, consequences of using supplied materials, acts of third parties, or temporary technical limitations.
3.4. The User makes all decisions about the use of supplied materials and services independently and at their own risk.

5. Intellectual property
5.1. Service materials and elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belong to their respective rights holders.

5.3. An intellectual-property infringement may result in access being restricted without compensation unless otherwise required by law.
6. Access restrictions
6.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict access where the Terms have been breached, abuse has been detected, or action is required by law, a payment provider, or another authorized party.
6.2. Restriction of access does not terminate obligations that arose earlier.
6.3. The Administration may refuse service where a User’s actions create heightened risk for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.
7. Payments and refunds
7.1. Prices and payment terms for digital products and services are displayed in the Service before payment.
7.2. Once access to a digital product or the result of a service has been provided, payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this section or required by applicable law.
7.3. A refund request may be considered where a service was not delivered because of a technical failure attributable to the Service, or the paid digital product or result was not actually supplied.
7.4. The User must contact the Support section within 24 hours of payment and provide the information required to verify the payment and order.
7.5. Each request is decided individually in light of the order circumstances and applicable legal requirements.
7.6. Before initiating a payment reversal through a payment system, the User agrees to contact Service support first.
8. Privacy
8.1. The Administration may process the minimum technical and user information required to operate the Service.
8.2. Data processing is described in more detail in the Privacy Policy. The Administration applies reasonable protections but does not guarantee absolute security for transmitted information.

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms in full.
