1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how information submitted by a User while using the CWDownloader online service (the “Service”) is processed and protected.

1.2. By using the Service, the User agrees to this Policy. A User who does not agree to it must stop using the Service.

• technical information, including an IP address and browser, device, and operating-system data;
• a history of interactions with Service features, orders, and support.

2.2. The Service does not require passport details, photographs of identity documents, or other excessive personal information. Only information required for the selected features is processed.

3.1. Information is used solely to:

• provide and maintain Service functionality;
• communicate with Users, deliver notifications, and handle support requests;
• diagnose issues, maintain security, analyze performance, and improve the Service.

4.1. The Administration does not disclose collected information to third parties unless disclosure is required by law, is necessary to fulfill obligations to a User (including payment processing), or has been expressly authorized by the User.

5.1. Information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing, operation of the Service, and applicable requirements.

5.2. The Administration applies reasonable organizational and technical security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security when information is transmitted over the internet.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. The User understands that transmitting information over the internet always involves certain risks.

6.2. The Administration is not responsible for loss, theft, or disclosure caused by third parties or the User where the event is outside the Administration’s reasonable control.

7. Changes to this Policy

7.1. The Administration may amend this Policy. The current version will always be published on this page.

7.2. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
